These workshops are a natural follow-up after the findings of Audit & Assessment activity. In the recommendation report we make some suggestions which are further discussed, debated and designed in these Improvement Workshops.

Each workshop addresses one key area of improvement and has very clear objectives. The participation and resources allocated for these activities are decided according to these objectives and all internal support has to be secured.

The tools used during these workshops are:

  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Project Planning & Execution Monitoring
  • Stakeholder Analysis
  • RACI Method
On most cases these workshops take one day but there have been cases where they spread across two or even three days.
