Analysis of existing processes and procedures in use and detailed reporting of findings.

Agile Audit & Assessment

In case of existing methodology in place, our teams are performing a variance and control analysis to identify whether the execution of the methodology matches the guidelines as described in documentation.

If the organisation has no Agile methodology in place, our experts will assess the current processes and environment and their suitability for an Agile implementation.

When performing these activities, our actions normally include:

  • Interviewing key stakeholders and roles
  • Analysis of documentation
  • Informal one-on-one’s

Output documents:

  • Audit report
  • Recommendations report
Depending of the size and complexity of the organisation, this sort of activities takes from a few days to a few weeks. If you are at the beginning with your Agile practice and the complexity is not very high, you can expect this to take no more than 2-3 days
