We work with internal teams to build a community of people who are already doing Agile and have things to share but also of people who are in search of answers or maybe facing difficulties. We are basically putting together those who have the expertise and the experience with those who need it. Or maybe they just need some convincing.
Whatever the internal communication tools may be, we help but putting in place the right tools for people to get in contact and exchange information. This exchange can be things like publishing, commenting, sharing, etc.
As an extension to using technology, we also help with offline communications also. And here there’s really no limit to what you can do: have some informal meetings, management briefings, sharing best practices and success stories.
